The location is definitely great for exploring. the staff provided complimentary tea and coffee at reception. That was lovely. i found the breakfast good with lots of choice.
the air conditioning did not work at all. they only gave a fan and there were no alternatives available. also windows could not be opened, so the room became very hot.

the staff were friendly, offering helpful advice on local eateries. the rooms were clean and fairly spacious, I noticed. a hot drink station near reception was convenient for a quick beverage. the bed was big.
An unpleasant odour lingered in the hallway. At times it smelled of sewage. regulating the room temperature was a challenge. The provided heater did not warm the space adequately. the fire alarm went off early one morning without explanation. It was quite disruptive.

The location was convenient. The Symphony Hall was about a ten-minute walk. I found a local pub with a happy vibe nearby. The room was clean and well-kept (I especially liked the modern design). The complimentary hot drinks in reception were a nice touch after an evening event.
The air conditioning was a bit tricky to adjust. Cool air still seemed to come from one of the ducts.

The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The reception had a complimentary coffee machine and an ice machine. Staff were always ready to assist with directions.
